1. General Information

Lutong PaBurrito is a Filipino-style silog burrito business operating inside the campus of Camarines Sur Polytechnic Colleges. By placing an order, customers agree to follow the terms and conditions set by the business.

2. Ordering Policy

Customers may place their orders through the official Facebook and Instagram pages of Lutong PaBurrito or through face-to-face transactions within the campus.

When ordering, customers are required to provide the following:

  • Complete name

  • Chosen product or burrito variation

  • Quantity of order

  • Preferred mode of payment

Orders will only be confirmed once all necessary details are completed.

3. Made-to-Order Policy

Lutong PaBurrito follows a made-to-order system to ensure that every product is freshly prepared and served hot.

Customers must wait for the preparation time after confirming and paying for their orders. Preparation time may vary depending on the volume of orders.

4. Payment Terms

The business accepts:

  • Cash payments

  • GCash payments

Customers are encouraged to prepare the exact amount during payment transactions.

For online payments, customers must send proof of payment before the order is processed.

5. Cancellation Policy

Cancellation of confirmed orders is strictly discouraged, especially once preparation has started.

Orders may only be canceled for valid reasons approved by the business management because ingredients and raw materials prepared for the order cannot already be reused or resold.

6. Product Freshness and Storage

Lutong PaBurrito products are best consumed immediately after purchase to maintain freshness and quality.

If customers choose to consume the product later:

  • The burrito should be refrigerated properly.

  • The product may last up to 12 hours when refrigerated.

  • The product should not be left at room temperature for more than half of the day.

  • Reheating through a microwave or oven is allowed before consumption.

The business will not be held liable for product quality issues caused by improper storage or handling after purchase.

7. Customer Responsibility​

Customers are expected to:

  • Provide correct order details

  • Follow payment procedures

  • Respect waiting times during busy hours

  • Communicate politely with the business representatives

8. Business Rights​

Lutong PaBurrito reserves the right to:

  • Refuse suspicious or inappropriate transactions

  • Decline orders that violate business policies

  • Modify menu items, prices, and policies when necessary without prior notice

9. Limitation of Liability

The business ensures that products are prepared safely and hygienically. However, customers with food allergies or dietary restrictions are advised to inform the business before ordering.

Lutong PaBurrito will not be responsible for allergic reactions or health concerns if customers fail to disclose their food sensitivities.

10. Agreement

By purchasing from Lutong PaBurrito, customers confirm that they have read, understood, and agreed to follow these Terms and Conditions.
